Creamy Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 medium ripe bananas, frozen and cut into pieces (170 g.)
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk (or another non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp. creamy unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and turn the blender to low speed. Gradually increase the blender speed until everything is smooth and creamy. (If your blender has a smoothie mode, you can use that instead.)

  2. Pour your smoothie into a large glass and enjoy!

Notes & Hints

If your blender is struggling to blend all your ingredients, you can add some additional milk.
